PVC-laminated gypsum ceiling tiles (also known as PVC "triple-proof" cleanroom panels or dust-free panels) are composite ceiling materials consisting of a paper-faced gypsum board core, a PVC decorative film laminated to the front, and an aluminum foil backing. They combine the lightweight, high-strength properties of gypsum board with the moisture-resistant, fire-resistant, and easy-to-clean characteristics of PVC film, making them widely used in architectural spaces with strict hygiene requirements.
Base Layer: Standard paper-faced gypsum board (typically 9.5mm or 12mm thick), characterized by being lightweight yet high-strength.
Functional Layers:
Front: Covered with a 0.2–0.5mm thick PVC decorative film, bonded to the base material via a heat-pressing process.
Back: Laminated with an aluminum foil layer, creating a dual-sided moisture barrier.
Decorative Layer:
Screen printing technology allows for the printing of logos and patterns onto the PVC film surface.
