PVC-Laminated Gypsum Ceiling Panels

Jun 12, 2026

PVC-laminated panels (also known as PVC "triple-proof" cleanroom panels, PVC dust-free panels, etc.) are composite ceiling materials made by laminating a decorative PVC film onto the front of a paper-faced gypsum board and an aluminum foil backing onto the rear. Common specifications include dimensions such as 595×595 mm, 600×600 mm, and 603×603 mm, with thicknesses typically ranging from 7 to 12 mm.

This material retains the physical properties of gypsum board-namely, being lightweight yet strong-while the surface PVC film offers moisture resistance, fire resistance, and ease of cleaning. Various logos and patterns can be printed on the surface using screen printing technology. The material provides decorative, sound-absorbing, fire-resistant, and moisture-resistant functions, alongside anti-static and eco-friendly characteristics. It is primarily used in architectural spaces requiring resilience against complex environmental conditions, such as hospital operating rooms, biological laboratories, electronic equipment rooms, and food processing facilities.
