Our History
WBM has been the ceiling grid manufacturing business since 1996, with nearly 30 years of elaborate production and management experience. In 2003, WBM has been transformed from a small factory to a modern manufacturing enterprise. and started our international business in 2005, At the beginning of 2007, the Export Department was formally established, and our sales network is further extended to the global market.

WBM has been constantly insisting on the improvement of production and research for more than 20 years and have passed the ISO international management system certification, and most stringent SGS and CE global quality certifications.
Equipped with fully automated rolling forming and electrostatic painting production lines, we implement strict full-process quality inspection from raw material incoming inspection, production processing to finished product packaging. The mold accuracy has reached up to 0.001mm level and the product precision has been greatly improved. As a result, the automation degree has reached top level in China and the automation degree has reached top level in China,that labor costs were greatly saved, and products quality improved to an extreme.
WBM factory covers an area of 50,000 square meters and is still in the process of expansion. Our factory is equipped with nearly 50 production lines. The total production amount has reached 30,000,000 square meters.

Production Equipment
Our production workshop is equipped with a complete set of forming, painting and finishing ‑ equipment. We run 30 fully‑automatic roll‑forming production lines for main tees, cross tees and wall angles, with automatic uncoiling, leveling, stamping, cutting and surface painting processes.
Another 20 sets of semi‑automatic auxiliary machines are deployed for material feeding, trimming, curing and finished ‑ product bundling. Automatic lines handle core high ‑ volume production, while semi ‑ automatic‑units manage secondary‑processing and flexible small‑batch orders, balancing high‑output efficiency and production‑flexibility steadily.
