Standard Installation Instructions
1. Marking and Positioning:
Mark a horizontal line on the wall based on the ceiling elevation to determine the installation position of the edge joists.
2. Securing the Edge Joists:
Use expansion screws or steel nails to secure the perforated edge joists to the wall along the horizontal line, with spacing generally not exceeding 400 mm.
3. Install Main/Secondary Channels:
Snap the ends of the main and secondary channels into the grooves of the edge channels to form a complete framework.
4. Panel Installation:
When installing gypsum board or mineral wool board, overlap the edges of the panels onto the edge channels to complete the finish.
