Standard Installation Instructions
1. Mark and Position:
Mark a horizontal line on the wall based on the ceiling elevation to determine the installation position of the edge joists.
2. Secure the Edge Joists:
Use expansion screws or steel nails to secure the perforated edge joists to the wall along the horizontal line, with spacing generally not exceeding 400 mm.
3. Install Main and Secondary Joists:
Snap the ends of the main and secondary joists into the grooves of the edge joists to form a complete framework.
4. Panel Installation:
When installing gypsum board or mineral wool board, overlap the edges of the panels onto the edge joists to complete the finish.
